Sun Server 16 Years, 2 Months ago

I am having some issues with connecting on a serial connection through a rollover cable to a sun microsystems server. When I attempt to connect, I see the first line on the screen, but an error pops up saying "serial write failedOverlapped I/O operation is in progress.".
Using hyperterm doesn't give this error and works ok. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just to let you know, I tried a complete uninstall and reinstall. That semed to work. Everything is going through now without a problem.

Thanks for the update, Larry. I was searching my brain for an answer to this one because this was an issue in an earlier version that I thought had been addressed already.
I'm glad a reinstall took care of it.

I have gone through a few different versions on this computer already. I suppose it is possible that some of the files got left behind *shrugs*.
Thanks for the help though. I still use this software daily. :)
