Serial Com Issue 18 Years, 1 Month ago

Brian,
AT is "unable to open COM10, the system cannot find the file specified", COM 1-9 works fine COM 10-18 I get that error. COM 10-18 works with Hyperterminal though. BTW I am interfacing through an SGI EL-16 for ports 3-18.
Thoughts?
Cheers,
Rob

I've found the answer. A special syntax (me, not you) must be used when trying to access com ports greater than 9. I'll post any update as soon as I've fixed it. If you don't mind testing it for me, that is...
Thanks for the feedback!

RC3 works great, no more errors when I try to access and use COM 10-18.

Rob
