If there is a file in the download directory with the same name, it would be nice if I could get a notification of the conflict. Instead, the download progress window just flashes by and nothing is transfered. A standard "Do you want to overwrite" (with optional rename capabilities of the incoming file would be coooool) dialogue would keep (at least me) users from getting confused.
