I'm brand new to Absolute Telnet and am looking to replace a really old serial/telnet client that I use.
I spend a lot of time connected via serial cable to Cisco routers/switches doing a variety of configuration tasks, and I find that Absolute Telnet will only display 25 lines or so of text before returning to a router prompt.
(i.e. if I do a "show run" to display the running configuration of a device, it will typically display mutliple screens of info or a --more-- option before returning to the # [or command] prompt.)
So - I can't actually complete tasks as Absolute Telnet won't display all the information before returning to the command prompt.
I see a number of old posts about this, but I'm not clear from reading them on what the solution is. I'm sure there are some configuration settings to change within Absolute Telnet, but I'm not sure what they are.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
TIA.

Yes, this has come up a number of times. The solution is usually to change the Options->Properties->VTOptions->'enter sends' from CR/LF to just 'CR'.
That's it! Thanks so much!
