I dont have a Serial port and I am using a USB to Serial Interface cable.

I am not able to configure the Application for my PC. and also let me know the setting and options available in Absolute Telnet for the same.

Please Advice.

You can choose serial connection from Options->Properties->Connection. Choose 'Direct to COM'. Chose which serial port you want to use and click the 'configure port' button to set the appropriate connection parameters.
