I'm sure this is an easy solve I just can't get it. Just connected to my AIX box from Win2k. All works well except my lines never wrap. I've tried different terminal modes among other options but still no joy. Any suggestions

Mike

Mike,

Are you using the horizontal scrollbar? If so, you may have to scroll to the right to see your text. (This can be switched off in Options->Properties.

If not, there is a word-wrap button on the toolbar. Make sure it is pressed.

Let me know if this helps

I have a vertical tool bar so there is no horizontal scrolling. As for the word wrap icon it is pressed. It appears to be pressed by default since I never pressed it before.

Are you having this trouble at the command line?

Can you send me a logfile (File->Open Log/File->Close Log) and a screen snapshot (alt-prtscr)

I am having no problems at all on the command line. It is only the non-wrapping. I will send the logfile and screen shot.

Michael,

I need a screen snapshot as well. Preferably one that goes along with a logfile. The logfile represents the data flowing, while the screen snapshot represents what is happening visually.

If you need to reproduce both, please do. I need them before I can continue further.

And please make sure you use the 'Close LOG' before you try to mail it.
