I have had this problem off and on for a couple of weeks now.
Normally my mouse pointer is white but every once in awhile when I boot up it is orange with a yellow border around it. I can't figure out why.

If I reboot the computer it goes back to white but if there is something going on with my computer I would like to fix it rather than just reboot it.

I can't thing of any common thing that I have done before it happens like a specific website that I may have gone to.

Any help will be welcome.
