I'm new to AT but rapidly becoming a fan - Thanks for a great little tool!

I have a couple of requests for the tabbed interface:
1) Can you add keyboard shortcut for a new tab (alt-T) to compliment the shortcut for new window?

2) What about the ability to arrange multiple sub-windows within one session. Something like in Textpad - where I can switch back and forth between tabbed display and multiple windows arranged as I like them depending on the current need. This would allow things like 2 windows side by side to compare code but then jump to tabbed mode to max out screen for editing, etc.
