Is it possible to getAbsoluteTelnet2.13 to log in using "keyboard interactive" mode for SSH2 connection?

I.E typing in user/pass rather than having it done automatically.

If so how?

Reason I ask is that server I use has been updated by the company who run it to fix a bug. The bug fix has stopped people with ssh clients connecting unless they use "keyboard interactive" mode.

Can anyone give me any clues or suggest anything usefull about this?
Or maybe some advice to the hosting company as to what problem they are having?
