We just recently started installing 3.85. I typically use "Lucinda Sans Typewriter" as a font.
If I have a config file from prior to 3.85, it displays using Lucinda. But if I create a new config and select Lucinda Sans Typewriter (or one of a couple of others) it shows the Lucinda on the config page, but the actual font used on the screen is Courier New. If I bring up an existing config that shows and displays in Lucinda, change to any other font, then change back to Lucinda, it will display in Courier.
So it seems like the config file is interpreted correctly, but is being messed up in the update.
One more thing that may help - even with a config that displays Lucinda correctly, the font samples (showing normal, underline, reverse, etc.) has the examples in Courier.
Thanks!

Bill,
I had a similar font issue that I've already fixed that may be linked to what you're seeing. Can you try this beta and let me know if your issue still exists?
BTW, what version of windows are you using?
Brian
Yes, that fixes it.
I'm running XP (I accidentally cut that).
Thanks!

Bill,
Great!
I'll have 3.86 published within the next week or so, as soon as some other features have a bit more time to work themselves out.
Are you on the beta mailing list?
Brian
No, but Dennis here is, and he keeps us well informed, but he's at a customer site this week.
