Select "Remember Position" from the Appearance dialog and save telnet file. The next time the software starts, after login, the terminal window is minimized to the task bar. Double-clicking will not restore the window, you must right-click and then click maximize. IMHO, the proper operation should be that after logging in, the terminal window should appear maximized at the remembered position coordinates. Even with this annoyance, this is one of the finest telnet apps I have ever used. Great job!

The new beta has some improvements with regard to remembered position and maximized windows. Please give it a try and let me know if it resolves the issue you're experiencing. If it doesn't, please give me exact steps I can use to replicate your problem.
