Hi,

First off, great app, I use it constantly for work.

There is one thing, though, I'm surprised hasn't been added already... a built in programmable macro option. This would allow shell users to enter frequently used commands, and their flags, using a single key combo.

It would save me, at least, a huge amount of time, not to mention it's utility as a surrogate memory 🙂

Thanks,

Ian

Ian,

You're in luck!!!

AbsoluteTelnet has a key mapping feature that will work for what you need, I think. Look at Options->Properties->VTOptions->Edit Keymap.

You can reassign any key to send out any string of text! Is this what you're looking for? After you edit the keymap, make sure you use File->Save to save all of your settings to the session config file (.tnt file)
