My hard drive ate itself yesterday. I am now up and running again, but I don't have any of my registration information. Do I need to purchase the software again or can I recover my licence somehow?

You need to e-mail me directly and let me know the user information you used for the purchase. I'll then be able to re-send the license to you. I'm currently working on my online system to allow users to do this for themselves, but it is not yet ready.
