I have some application software that was not behaving correctly when I used Absolute telnet.
I found out it was due to the "lines" setting. My application is defaulted to 24 lines and Absolute is 34.
You have it where the value can be changed in Absolute. But, when I change it to 24, the window size reduces. Everything works fine at that time. But, if I choose to "maximize" the window. the "lines" setting reverts back to 34.
I want the number of lines to be set at 24, but I want the window to be full-screen (with the top menus of course).
Any ideas?
Thank You,

Tony,
You're in luck!! Go to Options->Properties->VT Options and set rows to 24. Also, enable the 'Fixed size' checkbox. With this enabled, AbsoluteTelnet will never change the rows or columns setting when you resize the window. Instead, it will change the font size to whatever best fits the window size. Maximizing, then, is easy!!
These features work best in AbsoluteTelnet 2.12 with a nice scalable font like 'Courier New' or 'Lucida Console'.
Let me know if this helps!!!
