Sorry, I only see the ZOC screen images.
At this point I have to believe something broke in the windows 10 upgrade/downgrade. Especially, now that ZOC seems to have a similar problem. Have you researched Microsoft errors related to the upgrade/downgrade?
On a side now, *why* did you downgrade back to windows 7?

I reverted back to win7 because of an old image ediiting program Ive used for years did not function correctly in win10 even with trying to run in compatibility 
mode.. (I hated the new versions they were much more complicated) I'll try the VT image again.
Another idea.... Check your sound mixer. Windows now supports per-application sound adjustment. make sure it's not muted. I'm not sure why a downgrade would have done that, but I'm grasping at straws now.

Sound mixer was not muted and tests OK
FYI. I reinstalled windows 10 and loaded absolute 10.15 and I got my sound back.
