After years of no-problem-use of AT, I have now ran into a crashing issue with 5.35 while downloading firmware code via XMODEM to Dell PowerConnect 3448 switches. The XMODEM transfer fails immediately with a "sorry for the inconvenience" Windows crash. What should I do to provide adequate troubleshooting information?

Hi Brian,
I did the upgrades with TFTP to solve the immediate problem at hand. I have not tested this again.
