i want to be able to:

connect to 10.0.0.138
 click 
 write "system"
 
 write "reboot"
 
 write "exit"
 
 close telnet window

and to do all that in one click, using a shortcut or a batch file.
is it possible?

Scripting is not supported in the current version.

10x, now I know it's called scripting, I found some weird freeware for it
