Hello,

I'm posting here because two emails to support over the last 6 months have gone unanswered (or at least I never saw a reply).

In the past support from CS has been great so I'm hoping the emails just got lost.

I am currently running version 5.06 which is the 3rd version of Absolute Telnet that I have paid for.

Unfortunately my account does not show the 3rd purchase and therefore I cannot download v5.35. In addition I can't find the order confirmation email. I'm sure there is record of the purchase either in your system or at the payment processor though?

Ian,

The last purchase I have on record for you was version 3.85 in October of 2005. You would probably have been eligable for a free upgrade to 5.06, which would have a release date of Oct 2006 (within the one year free upgrade period). To go to 5.35 will require an payed upgrade, but you can always stay with 5.06 for as long as you like.

If you already paid the upgrade fee and I'm just not seeing it, please let me know and I can dig around further.
