Telnet scripting

I use AT client to interface with my system via cisco vpn. Once I log into my vpn I want AT client to automatically authenticate me through several steps and arrive at a specified host. Brian, is there a version of AT that does this? I currently have a batch file that launches all the AT windows I will use but I then have to authenticate each window at 2 levels before I reach an inside host in the coorect environment. I am a licensed user of an older version.

There is no scripting in telnet that can help with this. Do you have the option of using SSH? There is an option there that we could use.

sadly ssh is not an option

With AbsoluteTelnet Version 7, scripting via a VBScript scripting engine is now available. I've posted a number of sample scripts, including a telnet auto login script in the script section of the website. You can access it here:
