I registered Absolute telnet some time ago. I saved the file that came with the registration email (abs_licns32.cfg) but have lost (read, automatic save disk space expire messages older than 120 days rule) the email message.

I can't seem to get this file to work with my new installation of Absolute Telnet (both v 1.8x and the new 2.x)

HOw do I get this working?

thanks

Tom,

There is a new part of the website where you can automatically have your license mailed to you. Check out "My Account" in the navigation pane to the left of your browser screen.

If you purchased version 2.00 or later, you would have created a login at the time your purchased that you could use to access the "My Account" page.

If you purchased prior to version 2.00, you'll need to create the account now. If you create the account using the same email that you used when you originally purchased the software, the sales records are matched to your newly created account automatically!!

I see you registered on the website prior to posting this message, and your e-mail address is the same as the one you used to purchase, so you should be able to simply go to the 'My Account' page and grab your license!! It'll come with complete instructions on how to use it.
