This is a long shot...I was given the impression I might be able to interface my pc/telnet to a rs232 port on a pbx phone and get telnet to dial speed dial numbers.. I have a feeling that this isn't possible ...wrong program? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. PBX: Executone IDS-42 / phone: M160 tapi phone with RS232.

I'm not aware of this use of telnet. Where did you read something about this?
