Copy/Paste Consistency with Windows? 18 Years, 2 Months ago

Hi
Unless I'm missing something:-) the copy and paste keyboard commands are Ctrl-Ins and Shift-Ins. Is it possible to have an option to switch to the "Windoze Standard" of Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V?
Thanks
Mart

Martyn,
ctrl-insert and shift-insert *were* the standards before microsoft switched them. In a terminal, ctrl-c and ctrl-v need to be sent to the host, as they have special meaning for most terminal apps.
You *can* reassign the windows defaults of ctrl-c (cut) and ctrl-v (paste), but it requires manual editing of the keymap files. If you are interested, there are comments in default.cskmp that tell you how to do it.
