Connection Problem: Protocol Error 13 Years, 8 Months ago

Hi,
I am seeing the following message when trying to connect to a machine:
Remote Server Disconnected: Protocol error: expected packet type 30, got 34
Scenario:
- Customer has a new firewall.
- Machine is using an external IP address that was previously used by a different machine that I used to connect to using Absolute Telnet.
Guess: Is there some sort of MAC address problem since the IP address was associated with a different server that was accessed via Absolute Telnet?
Any thought/ideas/words of wisdom/random neural firings about what I can do to fix this?
Thanks,
Betz

First, let me apologize for how long it took me to answer this post.
1. When did this problem begin to occur?
2. Did anything recently change, such as the version of Absolute or the version of the server?
3. What version of Absolute are you using?
4. What type/version of SSH server are you using?
5. Can you send me the .tnt file you're using to connect to this server? After some review, I may be able to suggest alternate settings.
