Hi,

LOVE the program. It's fast, and does ssh very well. I like the copy/paste options very well also. Let me get to the Feature Request part of it.

The old telnet program I used had one great feature in it that was so helpful in editing with the pico editor or any other full screen editor on Unix where you use the arrow keys to move around.

If cursor is in position 5,5, and you put mouse pointer on 10, 10 and did ctrl-left click, the program would issue five down arrows and five right arrows. This can save a TON of time moving around in a file you are editing. It didn't understand tabs and such in the file, or what would happen if you got to the end of a text line, but you get used to that very quickly and can often do a down, then a right, etc.

I'd say for extensive editing this can save you half your time easily.

Wayne,

You won't believe it, but AbsoluteTelnet already does that!! The key sequence, though, is shift-ctrl-lbutton. You may, however, find that the program 'vim', with native mouse support can do a similar thing and doesn't suffer from the issues surrounding tabs and transitions from long to short lines (and vice versa).

I don't think it is in the manual. I looked everywhere for it before I made the original posting. Of course I may be blind in one eye and have trouble seeing out of the other. :)
