Connecting threw telnet 17 Years, 1 Month ago
I Recently Downloaded AbsoluteTelnet.
Ok well I Got a websites IP address & Scanned it to See what ports were Open.
Well I Connected to the hostname/port:113
Im pretty Sure it was port 113.
anyways I Got a pop Up Saying Something like.
this Is the first time you have Connected.
& It Said Something like it has been finger printed & blue printed & will be reported Or Something like that & it went On to Say IF you are not Sure that you are Connected to the right Connection Or whatever then please Disconnect and it gave me like 3 Options like
Save As / Save / Disconnect.
Well after I Saw that pop Up I Disconnected LOL
Ok well Is it illegal to Connect to Ips/hostnames.
I find this Stuff interesting & Im wanting to do it withOut breaking the law.

From your description, I'm pretty sure what you saw was the SSH host authentication dialog box. The purpose of this box is for a host to identify to the user what system they're about to log into. This is to help prevent a man in the middle attach where a hostile host impersonates your host and tries to get you to submit your password to it.

It's not a good idea to just go poking around trying to login to servers you've not been given permission to. No telling how many laws you may end up breaking. If you're really interested in this stuff, try setting up your own linux server next. Then, you can login remotely as much as you want (while trying to keep others out).
