FEATURE REQ: Plain Text uploads 19 Years, 3 Months ago
|

A friend of mine asked if AT could handled simple uploads of files (i.e. not X/Y/Z MODEM). I am using cut/paste operation to get the same result, but he will trasfer HUGE files (S1-records) over telnet to an embedded CPU-system. The target-system does not handle X/Y/Z Modem transfers so for the moment he will do the copy/paste, but would really consider buying AT if the plain-file-upload feature were introduced (hint, hint... :-) )
Cheers,
/msa

And by 'plain file upload' you mean reading from a file and sending the data straight up just like a paste does. I think I've heard this one before... :-)
So many features and so little time!!
I'll see what I can do.
